Concepts Tattoo – Booking and cancellation policy

Thank you for choosing Concepts Tattoo! To ensure a smooth experience for both client and artist, please take a moment to review our booking policy.

📌 Deposits

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• This deposit covers the time spent designing and preparing for your tattoo.

• Your deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

• Deposits can be transferred once if proper notice is given (see Rescheduling & Cancellations).

• If you fail to show up or cancel too late, the deposit will be forfeited.

🎨 Custom Designs

• Custom designs begin after your deposit is paid.

• You will receive a design preview prior to the appointment, with time allowed for minor adjustments.

• Major changes to the design after confirmation may require a new booking and additional deposit.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule your appointment.

• Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

• No-shows will also forfeit their deposit and may be refused future bookings.

⌛ Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit lost.

• If you’re running late, please contact the studio as soon as possible.

🧴 Skin Prep & Health

• Please ensure the area to be tattooed is clean and free from damage, sunburn, or irritation.

• Let us know in advance if you have any skin conditions, allergies, or medical issues that might affect the tattoo process.

• You must be 18+ to get tattooed – ID will be required.

💳 Payments

• Remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.

• We accept cash and selected digital payment methods – please ask ahead if unsure.

📸 Social Media

• We often share finished work on our social platforms. Let us know if you’d prefer not to be photographed.
